Pieces
These pieces have had full lives before joining this store, and so may come
with small signs of wear. Anything major I have tried to mend but please be
aware they may have some small faults.
Printed T-shirts
These are made to order and so will take around 3-5 days processing time before
your order is dispatched. Please allow for this processing time in your order.
Handmade Items
Please be careful with these items as some are delicate. Spot clean if
necessary.
Art Dolls
These are delicate works of art and are not for children to play with. They
have been sealed and protected with varnish but please keep them out of direct
sunlight anyway. If there is any accident that results in something breaking
with the doll you are welcome to send her back to me free of charge so I can
fix.
Short holds and Layaways are accepted, please message me about this.
Shipping
I will try to get things out to you as
soon as possible and by the fastest method. All items will be sent with either
a postage reference or tracking number. All international orders are sent with
tracking.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you have
received, you have 28 days to return your order back to us in order to receive
a refund on your item.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, etc. Please note goods returned from smoking households or households that have pets may not be accepted due to scent/allergies.
Size swaps are only available for UK based customers, for the same product and only once. If you require further size swaps, postage would have to be paid.
